Your
security deposit includes a nonrefundable cleaning fee of $100. The balance of
the deposit is refunded to you after all keys and parking passes are accounted
for and the condo is checked for damage or loss.
Maximum occupancy is 6 people. This is a second floor condo. You
must climb approximately 10 steps to get to this condo.

Directions: - Oceanside California, from
Highway 5
- Take the Mission Avenue exit west
- Go as far west (about 1.5 miles through downtown Oceanside) on Mission
as
you can, you
will “T” at the ocean on Pacific street
- Go right (north) on Pacific street about 1.5 miles
- North Coast Village Condominiums, 999 N. Pacific, is on the northwest
corner
of Breakwater Way and Pacific street
Check in - is between 3:00pm and 5:00pm on your arrival date. Go to the Patrol Office (open 24 hours) on Pacific street (see map). Tell the guard that you are checking in and then proceed to the home owners office (HOA). If you arrive after 5pm, the condo keys will be at the patrol office. Patrol Office phone number is 760-439-5662.
At the HOA you will receive a parking pass and two sets of keys and keycards. The HOA office will explain parking, rules, and key drop procedures. The HOA office is open from 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Saturday. The HOA phone number is 760-757-3328.
Parking
- the condo has one reserved parking spot numbered 6-14. See map. Additional
parking is available on a first come - first served basis. There is a public pay
lot across Pacific street.
The condo parking spot 6-14 can only be accessed from the middle entrance on
Breakwater Way. See map. You will need a keycard to enter the garage. After you
enter the garage turn left and proceed almost to the end.
Spot 6-14 is on the right side. Your parking pass must visible on your
dashboard. Do not back into the parking spot!
Garage clearance is 6 feet 6 inches.
Behind the parking spot is a door. Go out the door, down one set of steps, out
the door and a take two rights to get to the condo, D-32.
Telephone - the condo phone number is 760-433-8114. Outgoing calls are
restricted to local and 800 (toll free) calls. You will need a calling card or
access number to call long distance.
Smoking - This is a non-smoking unit. There will be a fumigation charge if someone smokes in the condo. We already have small carpet burns from people smoking on the balcony and the ocean air blowing the hot ashes in.
Pets - No pets allowed at any time.
Checkout
- Checkout time is 10:00am on your departure date.
- The condo is cleaned after you leave.
- You are on vacation, however you are expected to pick up after
yourselves.
- Remove all food from the cabinets and refrigerator and empty the
garbage.
- The dishwasher must be emptied and all dishes cleaned.
- Close all window and blinds. Bring the director chairs in from the
balcony.
- Place all used towels, sheets, pillowcases, and linens on the floor of
the second
bathroom to be laundered, no blankets or bedspreads please
- Turn off all appliances (not the refrigerator) and heaters.
- Lock the doors and return the keys to the HOA by 10:00am
- You must check out on time. A cleaning crew comes in promptly at 10:00
am.
Courtesy - People live at the complex year round. It has lovely grounds and is very well kept. Please help keep it that way. Respect quiet hours from 9:00pm until 8:00am
Balcony -Do not hang anything- towels, swimsuits, wetsuits, etc over the front or back balconies - fines are imposed.
Fireplace Note – In response to the California energy crisis of 2000, the North Coast Village Homeowners Association elected to turn off the gas to the fireplaces during the warmer months of the year. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Garbage - The closest dumpster is out the door to the left, into the building on your right, up one flight of stairs, into the garage, and to your left.
Facilities - There is a large exercise room with treadmills and universal weight machines, two pools, jacuzzi, billiards, ping-pong, sauna, putting green, koi ponds, and waterfalls on the grounds. Billiard balls and a volleyball set can be checked-out from the Patrol Office.
