Not a frequently asked question - but it has been asked!
How can I trust you? If I send you a check, how do I know this condo really exists and will be there when I arrive?

You can call the homeowners association (HOA). Ask if the condo is really exists and if we are the owners and if we rent it out. HOA office 760-757-3328, Jim and Kerri Desmond owners. You can call the current renters at our condo and ask them if they like it (760) 433-8114.

Make a Reservation

Once you have checked the availability of the condo, email jdesmo@sbcglobal.net and include the dates you wish to book, or just call Jim or Kerri at 760-471-7160.

The Total Costs:
	+ Weekly Rental (Pricing)
	+ Tax (10% of rental price) for city of Oceanside
	+ $100 cleaning fee
	Total Cost to have Pacific Ocean as your front yard

     1. The deposit holds your dates.
     2. Sixty days prior to check in date, full amount of rent and tax are due
     3. Within 2 weeks if all is well with the condo, we return the deposit less the cleaning fee.

Deposits:	Weekly Rentals	$300.00
	Monthly Rentals	$500.00
	Partial Week Rentals	$250.00

The security deposit includes a nonrefundable cleaning fee of $100. The balance of the deposit is refunded when all keys and parking passes are returned and the condo is checked for damage or loss. This is a second floor, non-smoking condo.
