The condo rents daily, weekly, or monthly. Some Holiday rates apply. Cancellation policy

January and February monthly rate:  $3,000.00

January - May (Holiday and Spring Break rates may apply)

* All stays less than 30 days are subject to a 11.5% City of Oceanside Temporary Occupancy Tax.

     1.  The damage/deposit holds your dates.
     2.  Sixty days prior to check in date the full amount of rent plus tax are due.
     3.  Within 2 weeks after you check out, if all is well with the condo, we return your deposit less a $100.00 cleaning fee.

The security deposit includes a cleaning fee of $100.00.  The balance of the deposit is refunded when all keys and parking passes are returned and the condo is checked for damage or loss. This is a second floor, non-smoking condo.

Condo Cancellation Policy

 Weekly rentals –

If cancellation is before 60 days prior to check-in, then deposit is returned if we are able to re-rent the unit.  If we are unable to re-rent the unit, the deposit is subject to being forfeited.

If cancellation is within 60 days of your check-in date, the deposit and full payment are returned only if we are able to rent the unit over your reserved dates for the same amount.  If the unit is rented for less than the original rental amount, the original renter will be responsible for the difference.
