* All stays less than 30 days are subject to a 10% City of Oceanside Temporary Occupancy Tax.

     1.  The deposit holds your dates.
     2.  Sixty days prior to check in date the full amount of rent plus tax are due.
     3.  Within 2 weeks after you check out, if all is well with the condo, we return your deposit less a $100.00 cleaning fee.

The security deposit includes a nonrefundable cleaning fee of $100.00.  The balance of the deposit is refunded when all keys and parking passes are returned and the condo is checked for damage or loss. This is a second floor, non-smoking condo.

Condo Cancellation Policy

 Weekly rentals –

If cancellation is before 60 days prior to check-in – full deposit is returned.

If cancellation is within 60 days of your check-in date– then deposit returned only if we are able to rent the unit over your reserved dates.
